摘 要
自动控制技术的研究有利于将人类从复杂、危险、繁琐的劳动环境中解放出来并大大提高工作效率。本系统以PLC为控制核心,用电容传感器、电感传感器、色标传感器、光电传感器、步进电机、三相电机、机械手、气阀和相应的控制电路实现对物料的分辨以及自动分类,光电传感器检测是否有物料,如有物体存在,上料气缸将把物体推出,同时三相电机转动,经过以下传感器,色标传感器检测物体的颜色,电容及电感传感器检测物体的材料。传感器对物料进行分辨后,到达机械手的位置,通过机械手把分辨后的物料自动送到步进电机拖动的小车上,步进电机得到命令输出相应的脉冲,将小车送到指定的位置,由分拣气缸将物料推入储存库中。
在上述控制方案的基础上,选择传感器时考虑到要分辨物料的颜色,所以需要一个色标传感器,要分辨物料的材料,所以选择了电感传感器和电容传感器相组合。

Abstract
Research on automatic control technology will help human from complex, dangerous, tedious labor environment for free and greatly improve work efficiency. This system uses PLC as the control core.
