Nanjing Jiangsu) Abstract: To meet the increasing wastewater quantity and the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002), based on full use of the existing facilities, Shanghu WWTP is upgraded and retrofitted. According to the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater incoming，the original aeration process is replaced hydrolysis acidification+C-Orbel oxidation ditch process, and the coagulation sedimentation treatment facilities are increased. Retrofit ideas, process flow, structure design parameter are introduced, and the actual operation effect results show that the effluent quality, can meet the design standards, which provide reference significance for retrofitting project of other WWTP. Key words: printing and dyeing wastewater; C-Orbel oxidation ditch process; hydrolysis acidification; coagulation sedimentation; 1 工程背景 尚湖镇位于江苏省常熟西部，全镇总面积 113.4 平方公里，总人口 8.1 万人，粗格栅及进水泵房平流式沉砂池初沉池曝气池二沉池随着经济的快速发展，生活水平的不断提高，工业企业数量的逐渐增多，该排放的污水总量日益增加，超过了污水处理厂的日处理负荷，又由于常年运转，污水厂设备严重老化、技术落后、故障频繁、能耗高、难以维持污水厂正常生产运转因此，尚湖镇冶塘镇区结合近几年城市发展和排水规划调整，对污水厂提出改扩建。 水质 70%工业废水30%生活污水尚湖镇工业主要多是轻纺、制革、精细化工、钢铁、机械工业废水水质主要以有机污染物为主，同时含有一定的氮、磷物质和石油类物质表1进水水质Design influent and effluent quality 项目 mg/L） BOD5（mg/L） SS （mg/L） NH3-N （mg/L） T N（mg/L） TP （mg/L） 色度（倍） 进水水质30 ≤45 ≤3 ≤300 出水水质 2.2改造思路及分析 1）污水厂坚持充分利用现有建(构)筑物和厂内管道、道路，新建(构)筑物尽量利用厂区现有空地、新征土地的原则长12m，宽1m。进水BOD5/CODcr的比值较低，污水的可生化性较差，采用水解酸化处理工艺利用水解和产酸菌的反应，将不溶性有机物水解成溶解性有机物、大分子物质分解成小分子物质，使污水更适宜于后续生化处理为保证脱氮除磷效果，Orbel氧化沟是传统Orbl氧化沟工艺流程开发的一种创新传统Orbl氧化沟可有效节约用地、节省系统内动力损耗从而有效降低建设造价和运行费用改造后的污水及污泥处理工艺如图1所示。 图1改
