PAGE PAGE 4 国际经济贸易学院2012届本科毕业论文 论文题目 中国与欧盟的贸易摩擦分析 Sino-EU Trade Conflicts Study 所 在 班 级 081国商0 姓 名 学 号 200829046 指导教师及职称 教授 二零一二年五月 中国与欧盟的贸易摩擦分析 Sino-EU Trade Conflicts Study 国际经济贸易学院国际商务专业2008（0）班 内容摘要：随着我国经济的高速发展和欧盟的东扩，以及中欧之间的贸易飞速发展，中国和欧盟这两大重要的经济体已成为重要的贸易伙伴。但是伴随中欧贸易的发展的同时，两大经济体之间的贸易摩擦也不断增加，严重影响了中欧贸易关系，中欧之间的贸易摩擦已成为亟待解决的问题。我们从中欧贸易摩擦的形式入手，分别对中欧反倾销摩擦、技术贸易壁垒摩擦和知识产权摩擦等三个方面进行分析。 通过对中欧贸易的现状、中欧贸易摩擦表现形式及其原因的分析，本文认为应建立政府、行业协会和企业三位一体的贸易摩擦应对体系。政府应完善贸易救济体系，注重经济外交，早日争取中国市场经济地位，为企业出口创造好的内外部环境；行业协会要充分发挥自己的桥梁、监管和预警职能；企业应注重自身质量和品牌的发展，积极应对欧盟的有关诉讼。在三方共同努力下把欧盟贸易摩擦的影响降到最小，使中国对欧盟贸易持续健康发展。 关键字：欧盟；中国；贸易摩擦 Abstract: European Union and China are two important power of the world economy. Along with China’s economy high speed development and EUs eastward expansion, EU and China have become important trade partner. Following the rapid development of Sino-EU trade, trade conflicts also unceasingly increased which affected Sino-EU trade ties seriously, trade conflicts already the question which becomes urgently awaits to be solved. Through the analysis of currency status of Sino-Europe trade, the confliction manifestation between China and Europe, and the reasons of such confliction, this paper believe that establishing a trade confliction handle system, which includes government, Industry Association and companies. Government should improve trade remedy system, pay attention to economic diplomacy, gain the recognition of our country’s market economy status from other country, and create a fine internal environment for the export company; Industry Association should completely perform its duty such as bridging, supervision and warning; company should pay attention to the development of its quality and brand, and positively deal with the law action from Europe.
