Abstract:The 21st century is the era of knowledge and economy, and competitions among enterprises are increasingly reflected in the talent competition.However, human resource training is not only an important form of human capital investment, but also an important way to realize human capital raise and improve the competition strength of enterprises.Taking the Pingdingshan Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as a case study, this essay starts a theorical and practical research about the training of human resources. By analyzing the present situation of human resource training in Pingdingshan branches, this essay has discovered the problems in the following four aspects: awareness and conception on training, training needs analysis, training incentive measures, and training effectiveness assessment. Besides, it has also deeply discussed the reasons of these problems.To solve these problems mentioned above based on the integration of theory and practice, this paper also proposes adopting a scientific training philosophy, establishing a sound system of training requirements analysis as well as a corresponding incentive system, and formulating a series of countermeasures under the training evaluation system. All these measures will contribute to improving the human resources training system of Pingdingshan Branch, enhancing their role in strengthening the company’s competitiveness.

世界潮流,洗洗荡荡,顺之者昌,逆之者亡。我国加入WTO后,国有商业银行上市、外国银行进入,已成不可阻挡的发展潮流。面对严峻的挑战,只有与时俱进,顺势而为。在现代知识经济的时代背景下,如何通过培训实现人力资本的增值,从而提高自身竞争优势,实现可持续发展,已成为企业顺应时代潮流、应对全球化挑战所必须解决和亟待解决的问题。
