彩色多普勒超声在下肢静脉血栓中临床应用 　　摘要：目的 探究彩色多普勒超声在下肢静脉血栓中的临床应用价值。方法 选取2015年9月～2016年9月在我院治疗的72例下肢静脉血栓患者临床资料为研究对象，对比两种方法下肢静脉血栓的检出率。结果 彩色多普勒超声下肢静脉血栓检出率明显高于常规超声检出率；彩色多普勒超声检查不同节段下肢静脉血栓灵敏性明显高于常规超声检查。结论 彩色多普勒超声对下肢静脉血栓诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性，为临床治疗提供了可靠的影像学依据，值得临床推广和应用 关键词：彩色多普勒超声；下肢；静脉血栓 Clinical Application of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities NING Hong-xia （Department of Ultrasound，Jizhou District，Tianjin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine，Tianjin 301900，China） Abstract：Objective To explore the color doppler ultrasound in venous thrombosis of lower extremity in clinical application.Methods From September 2015～2016 year in September in our hospital treatment of 72 cases of deep vein thrombosis in patients with clinical data as the research object，the detection rate of the comparison of the two methods of venous thrombosis.Results The detection of color doppler ultrasound of lower limb venous thrombosis rate was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasonic detection rate；color doppler ultrasound of different segments of the venous thrombosis of lower extremity sensitivity was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasonography.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of lower extremity venous thrombosis，which provides a reliable imaging basis for clinical treatment，and is worthy of clinical application and promotion. Key words：Color doppler ultrasound；Lower extremity；Venous thrombosis 下肢?o脉血栓是临床常见的血管性疾病，使血液在静脉中无法正常凝结，造成阻塞血管腔，进一步引发静脉回流障碍性疾病[1-2]。通过彩色多普勒超声可清楚显示血管解剖结构，观察血栓大小、栓塞程度以及血流充盈情况。本文结合2015年9月～2016年9月在我院治疗的72例（91条）下肢静脉血栓患者临床资料，评价彩色多普勒超声在下肢静脉血栓中的临床应用价值，现报告如下 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选取2015年9月～2016年9月在我院治疗的72例（91条）下肢静脉血栓患者临床资料为研究对象，其中男性38例，女性34例；年龄32～74岁，平均年龄（60.17±6.32）岁；其中脑卒中10例，长期卧床8例，肿瘤20例，下肢静脉曲张8例，肺栓塞6例，肢体骨折10例；32例右下肢静脉血栓；40例左下肢静脉血栓 1.2临床症状 临床表现是一侧肢体的突然肿胀，下肢静脉血栓形成，患者局部感疼痛，行走时加剧，轻者局部仅感沉重，站立时症状加重。压痛主要局限在静脉血栓产生炎症反应的部位，如股静脉行径或小腿处，小腿腓肠肌压痛又称Homans征阳性，由于挤压小腿有使血栓脱落
