摘 要
本设计简要的介绍了起重机负载限制器的基本构成,该系统由压力传感器,A/D转换器,解码器芯片,单片机等几部分组成,并且对起重机负载限制器的软件部分及硬件部分进行了设计。
论文中对光电报警保护电路、显示电路、无线数据发送电路、无线数据接收电路及数据采集电路进行了设计。起重机负载限制器主要是用于对工矿企业和施工现场的起重机进行超载限制,用以对起重机起到保护作用,它根据所吊重物的额定的重量做限制设定,在本设计中,当吊起的重物达到限定值的90%或者超过了限定值时,系统的报警电路就会工作,给操作人员以一定的提醒,这样有效地保证了起重机的安全运行。
而且本负载限制器的设计避免了传统的有线数据传输所带来的不便利性,并且本系统功能多、操作简单、扩展性强。

ABSTRACT
This paper briefly introduced the crane load limit device basic composition, it mainly consists of pressure sensor, A/D converter, decoder chip, singlechip more parts of crane load limit, and the software is part and hardware is simply introduced.
Paper photoelectricity alarming protective circuit, display circuit, wireless data sending circuit, wireless data receiving circuit and data acquisition circuit made some simple introduction .Crane load limit device is mainly used in mining enterprises and construction site of the crane for overload restrictions for crane to protect. It according to the weight of the hanging heavy do limit set rated, When lift weights reach the allowable value or more than 90 percent of limited value, system alarm circuit will work, to guarantee the power crane safe operation.
And this load is design avoids the limits of traditional cable data transmission brings convenience, and this system not function is much, the operation is simple, extensible.
