摘 要
文昌19-1油田北块位于珠江口盆地文昌B凹陷中部,距海南文昌县约148km海域。油田出砂现象较为严重,每年油田公司在完井防砂生产方面花费较大。
文昌油田防砂技术的关键在于设计防砂筛管的防砂层结构和综合的挡砂精度。国内外的防砂大多按照D50=(5-6)*d50来选择砾石尺寸,然后倒推高级优质筛管的挡砂精度。但是实际上,具体的油田的地层砂的分选型和砂子粒径都是千变万化的,差异很大,不能完全按照这个公式来设计。
本文通过对文昌19-1北地层砂的筛分析、确定砾石充填实验方案和高级优质筛管出砂模拟实验方案,进行实验,根据实验结果、整理和分析,推荐合理的挡砂精度。

ABSTRACT
Wenchang 19-1 north oil field is located in Pearl River mouth basin, the Wenchang B central depression. It’s far from the Hainan Wenchang county about 148 km away. The oil field sand phenomenon is relatively serious. Every year oil company takes large spendings on completion and sand control production.
The key of Wenchang oil field sand control technology is design the Sand control layer structure of sand control screen and Integrated block off sand control accuracy. At home or abroad designers choose the gravel size according to the D50=(5-6)*d50 as sand control method. After that, they retrodict the block off accuracy of senior high quality screen. But actually, the Sorting types and Sand particle sizes in special oil field’s formation sand are ever changing, at the same time, they differ greatly, we can’t design completely according to the formula.
In this text ,according to the analysis on Wenchang 19-1 north oil field’s formation sand screen, designers confirm the gravel pack experimental program and Senior high quality screen sand simulation experiment scheme. After experiment, According to the result of the experiment, collection and analysis, we finally Recommend reasonable block off sand control accuracy.
