① 还原硫化法从镍转炉渣中富集钴镍铜

摘 要 : 考察了转炉渣还原硫化生产钴冰铜过程中还原剂焦炭与转炉渣质量比、硫化剂黄铁矿与转炉渣的质量比、熔炼温度及保温时间
对钴镍铜的回收率的影响。试验结果表明,还原剂焦炭用量对金属钴镍收率影响最大 ,用量过大或过少都不利于钴镍的回收 ,而对铜的回
收率影响不明显;增大硫化剂黄铁矿用量及提高贫化温度、延长保温时间都有利于钴镍铜的回收。当还原剂、硫化剂与炉渣的质量百分比
分别为 3. 5 % 、25 % ,熔炼温度为 1 360 ℃,保温时间为 3 h 时 ,钴镍铜在钴冰铜中的回收率分别达到了91. 50 % 、96. 08 % 、92. 89 % 。

Recovery of Cobalt , Nickel and Copper from Nickel Converter Slag
by Reductionsulf urization Process

Abstract : A study was made on the effects of the mass ratio of coke to slag , the mass ratio of pyrite to slag , the smelting tem
perature and holding time on the recovery of cobalt , nickel and copper during the manufacture of cobalt matte by reductionsul
furization . The experiment results showed that the dosage of coke had the largest effect on the recovery of cobalt and nickel ,
but no obvious influence on the recovery of copper . Increasing the dosage of pyrite , smelting temperature and holding time
could improve the recovery of nickel , cobalt and copper . The recovery of cobalt , nickel and copper could reach 91. 50 % ,
96 . 08 % and 92 . 89 % respectively under the condit
