毕 业 论 文 作 者： 学 号： 院 系：体 育 学 院 专 业：社 会 体 育 题 目：吉林市高校体育健身俱乐部经营管理模式的探讨 指导者： （副教授） (姓 名) (专业技术职务) 评阅者： (姓 名) (专业技术职务) 2011 年 6 月 吉 林 毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要 本文综合运用SWOT管理学势态分析法、问卷调查,文献资料、访谈和数理统计等方法，对吉林市4所大学的体育健身俱乐部经营管理模式进行调查研究，并运用SWOT分析法进行分析。结果表明:高校体育具有资源丰富，价格适中等优势，但服务对象范围狭窄，专业的营销，配套服务项目匮乏，有来自校外不安全因素的影响，面临着多种娱乐休闲产业的兴起，社会体育俱乐部增多的营运威胁，针对吉林市高校体育健身俱乐部现状的“ＳＷＯＴ”势态分析结果，本人认为吉林市高校体育健身俱乐部选择“校民联合经营化”经营管理模式。这种模式为管理上采取“学校监管、民资经营”、经营上采取“有偿与无偿相结合的“内外有别”。 选择“校民联合经营化”经营管理模式，首先高校体育管理者转变观念，开放高校体育市场，增强高校体育产业化，社会发展的意识。 其次高校体育健身俱乐部经营应该制定俱乐部管理的规章制度．加强监督，合法经营，努力提高服务质量。 同时高校体育健身俱乐部经营应遵循高校体育教学训练的规律性和高校的节假日特点，根据俱乐部经营情况选择时段、选择场地，最大限度地面向学生、面向社会开放。 最后加强高校体育市场经营管理人才培养、俱乐部宣传力度和合理的消费价格定位，保证高校体育市场健康发展。 关键词: 体育健身俱乐部；经营管理；SWOT；吉林市 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要 Title ：Jilin university sports fitness club management pattern discussion Abstract: Based on the synthesis of SWOT analysis method, the questionnaire survey consequence management, the literature material, interview and mathematical statistics method, jilin city of four universities sports fitness club business management mode, and study of SWOT analysis method for analysis.
