六合区城市园林绿化提升工程项目建议书 一、总论 （一）项目名称：六合区城市园林绿化提升工程 （二）承办单位：南京市六合城市建设投资有限公司 （三）项目概况： 为了响应创建生态园林城市的号召，根据市委、市政府优化城市绿地功能，提升城市绿化品质要求，六合区将对重要道路、立交等进行绿化景观提升改造（详见附表1）。 本次提升工程包括：雄州东路东延、潘家花园立交。 （四）编制依据 1、《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》（2008年） 2、国务院《关于加强城市绿化建设的通知》（国发[2001]20号） 3、建设部令第112号《城市绿线管理办法》（2002年） 4、建设部《城市道路绿化规划与设计规范》（CJJ 75-97） 5、《城市绿线管理办法》 6、《江苏省城市绿化管理条例》 7、《南京市城市绿化管理条例（修正）》 8、《南京市城市绿线管理暂行办法》 9、《南京市“六线上网”工程》 10、《南京市六合区城乡总体规划（2010—2030）》 11、其它相关用地外部条件规划、法规及文件 二、项目建设的必要性及可行性 城市园林绿化建设是城市重要的基础设施之一（城市基础设施：道路交通系统、给排水系统、能源供应系统、环境卫生系统、园林绿化系统、邮电通信网络系统、城市防灾系统等），城市园林绿化建设与城市的兴衰存亡息息相关。加强城市绿化建设，改善生态环境，建立起保护城市生态安全的绿色屏障，。是改善城市生态环境、实现城市可持续发展的必然要求满足广大市民休闲观赏资源情况、建设条件、协作关系、资金筹措投资估算8400 —— 七、项目的进度安排 本项目为园林绿化提升工程，根据项目时间紧迫等实际情况以及以往的经验，建设周期约18个月。 （二）项目实施进度安排 （1）项目前期准备阶段 ：1个月 （2）项目设计阶段：2个月 （3）项目施工阶段：6个月 （4）项目验收及后评阶段：9个月 八、社会效益的初步升惠民工程民心工程社会效益十分显著。环境影响的初步评价 construction work area in the form of conference reviews.
