中部地区农产品出口竞争力实证的研究 　　摘要：随着农产品贸易竞争的不断加剧，中国农产品出口遭遇着越来越多的贸易壁垒，出口现状不容乐观。为了测定中部地区农产品出口竞争力水平，选取出口市场占有率、净出口、贸易竞争力指数、显示性比较优势指数、显示性竞争优势指数、出口贡献率、相对国际竞争力指数7个指标，通过R软件运用主成分分析法描述中部地区六省农产品出口竞争力现状。结果表明，中部地区农产品出口竞争力不强。针对这一情况，提出提升中部地区农产品出口竞争力的对策建议。 　　关键词：中部地区；农产品；主成分分析 　　中图分类号：F327 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0439-8114（2015）20-5173-04 　　DOI：10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2015.20.062 　　Empirical Analysis on the Export Competitiveness of Agricultural Products 　　in Central Region 　　Liao Cheng-sheng，Liao Liang-mei 　　（School of Economics and Management，Hubei University of Technology，Wuhan 430068，China） 　　Abstract： In recent years， with the increasing competition in agricultural trade， the agricultural exports of China encounter more and more trade barriers， so the situation of export is not optimistic. In order to determine the export competitiveness of agricultural products in central region， this article selects seven international competitiveness indicators including the export market share， net exports， trade competitiveness index， revealed comparative advantage index， competitive advantage index， export contribution rate， relative competitiveness index. By using principal component analysis（PCA）， and via software R， the present situation of the agricultural product export competitiveness in the six provinces of central region were described. It concluded that the export competitiveness of agricultural products in central region is feebleness. In accordance with this situation， the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the export competitiveness of agricultural products in central region were put forward. 　　Key words： central region；agricultural products；principal component analysis 　　中部地区是中国重要的农产品生产基地和粮食主产区，耕地面积广阔，拥有中国10.7%的耕地，承载全国28.1%的人口，有着丰富的农业资源，在粮食供给方面一直扮演着重要的角色。2012年，国务院《关于大力实施促进中部地区崛起战略的若干意见》中提出要巩固中部地区粮食生产基地地位，提高中国粮食保障能力。随着中国改革开放进程加深，尤其是加入WTO后过渡期的结束，农产品进口关税大幅降低，发达国家绿色贸易壁垒增加，农产品国内市场国际化和国内竞争国际化新趋势凸现，中部地区农产品贸易面临的国内外竞争日趋激烈。2008年金融危机后，全球经济动荡加速，国际农产品市场结构变化，给中部地区农产品贸易带来巨大挑战的
