石榴皮多酚超高压提取物的纯化、分离

摘
要:为探明超高压提取石榴皮多酚的组分和功能特性,研究了石榴皮多酚超高压提取物的大孔树脂纯化和有机
溶剂分级萃取,并对提取物、纯化物和分级产物的体外抗氧化活性和抑菌性能进行了测定。结果表明:大孔树脂纯化物的总酚含量高达77.40%,且抗氧化活性和抑菌性能均有显著提高;HPLC测定结果显示,大孔树脂纯化未改变多酚种类;有机溶剂分级萃取法能有效地将纯???物进一步分离,其中正丁醇相的萃取得率达到55.28%;不同萃取相产物的总酚含量大小顺序为:正丁醇相>乙酸乙酯相>水相,它们的抗氧化活性强弱顺序为:乙酸乙酯相>正丁醇相>水相;正丁醇相产物的抑菌活性最高,显著高于水相和乙酸乙酯相。关键词:石榴皮多酚,超高压,抗氧化,抑菌
