5 (华北电力大学能源动力与机械工程学院,北京 ) 摘要:循环流化床锅炉水冷壁管高温冲蚀磨损是目前阻碍循环流化床锅炉发展所面临的主要 技术难题。现在人们重点研究其磨损机理及有效的防磨措施。本文先分析了循环流化床锅炉 水冷壁管磨损的失效机理,先采用电弧喷涂的方法在 20G 钢管基材上喷涂铁基非晶涂层,再 使用激光多道搭接重熔技术制备得到了耐磨涂层。考察采用激光重熔技术所得到的熔覆层微
10 观组织、显微硬度及高温冲刷腐蚀磨损性能的影响,并与原来的 20G 钢基材对比。试验结果 表明,所得涂层具有很好的耐磨性能,较高的显微硬度。采用激光重熔技术所得到的熔覆层 的表面硬度高达 1200HV,并且熔覆层的硬度是 20G 钢的 6~7 倍,耐高温冲蚀性能为 20G 钢 的 2.5~4 倍。从而对于循环流化床锅炉水冷壁管抗高温冲蚀磨损提供了一个良好的表面技 术方法。

Abstract: High-temperature wear and corrosion of heated tubes is one of the technical problems
confronted by domestic CFB boilers. and now people focus on the wear mechanism and look for
25 effective anti-wear measures. In this thesis, the failure mechanism was studied, and coatings sprayed by arc spraying technology and laser re-melting technology were made had metallurgy
combinative property. Experiments such as hardness, wear resistance and high-temperature corrosion microstructure were carried out, at the same time analyzed those experiments. This article shows that: the microstrutures of the coatings are very good wear-resistance performance,
30 higher micro-hardness. the micro-hardness of the coating is up to 1200HV, which is six times
higher than that of 20G. the high-temperature corrosion of the coatings 2.5 to 4 times. and has good high temperature erosion wear-resistance. Thus for CFBB water wall tube high temperature resisting erosion wear resistance provides a good surface technology.
