义煤集团跃进煤矿采矿专项初步设计
摘要
设计的井田面积为12.5km2,年产120万t。井田内煤层赋存比较稳定,煤层平均倾角13°,平均煤厚6.45m,整体地质条件比较简单,在井田范围东部和中央均有断层发育。沼气和二氧化碳含量相对不高,涌水量也不大。根据实际的地质资料主要对矿井开拓方式、准备方式和采煤方法进行了初步设计,设计采用立井单水平加暗斜井延伸开拓,采区式准备,综合机械化放顶煤开采工艺,单一走向长壁采煤法,用全部垮落法处理采空区。对矿井运输、通风等各个生产系统的设备进行初步选型,并对矿井安全技术措施提出要求,完成整个矿井的采矿专项初步设计。矿井实现机械化,采用先进技术和借鉴已实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验,实现高产高效矿井,从而达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: the design of the mine area is 12.5km2, with an annual output of 1200000 t. Methane and carbon dioxide content is not high, water is not. According to the geological data of actual mainly to the opening way of mine, preparation methods and mining method for the preliminary design, design of the shaft single level and inclined shaft extension development, mining area preparation, fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology, a single long wall mining method, with fully caving method in the treatment of mined-out area. A preliminary selection of equipments of the production system of the mine transportation, ventilation, and put forward the request to the technical measures of mine safety, the completion of the preliminary design of the entire mine mining special. The realization of mechanization, the use of advanced technology and reference has realized high yield and high efficiency of modern mine experience, achieve high yield and efficiency of mine, so as to achieve good economic and social benefits.
