Through to the plastic parts for process analysis and parison, the final design out a pair of injection mold. The mould structure pact will, reliable, easy to operate, the plastic high quality, and high production efficiency. This paper will introduce detailed injection molding process process, parting surface cavity layout, selection, pouring system, ejector institutions, demoulding mechanism, cooling system, the injection molding machine and the selection of the related parameters of main ponents of checking and design process.
