摘 要
目前,在有线电视系统特别是在中小型有线电视系统的经营管理上,普遍存在着收费难、费用流失严重、网络安全性差、管理手段落后等问题,在数字电视时代到来之前,在有线电视网络中应用加解扰系统是一种解决上述问题的技术手段。所谓的有线电视信号的加、解扰系统,是一个在有线电视网的前端对所需控制的节目信号实施加扰处理、而在受权用户的电视机前实施对加扰信号的解扰处理的控制系统,即在前端设有信号加扰器,而在用户电视机前则设有解扰器。
ABSTRACT
At present, the cable television system, particularly in the management of small and medium-sized cable systems, the prevalence is difficult charges, the cost of a serious drain on network security, backward management and other issues before the arrival of the digital age of television, cable television network application and descrambling system is the technical means to address these problems. Increase of the so-called cable TV signal descrambling system, a signal control program required the implementation of scrambling to deal with the front end of the cable television network, while scrambling signal descrambling before the authorized user of the TV. control system has a signal scrambler in front-end user in front of the TV has a descrambler.
Currently mostly scrambling tool adopt the finished product scrambling equipment, this kind of tool must have a set of scrambling equipment for every program channel. So the cost will be very high. In-troduces a kind of simple and economic segment program scrambling scheme, resolving the problem that old Television can not receive supplement channel.
