分类号:701.3 U D C:D10621-408-(2011)0241-0 密 级:公 开 编 号:2007023014 成都信息工程学院 学位论文 钢渣烟气脱硫过程的研究 论文作者姓名: 申请学位专业: 环境工程 申请学位类别: 工学学士 指导教师姓名(职称): 论文提交日期: 2011年06月10日 钢渣烟气脱硫过程的研究 摘 要 目前世界各国致力于烟气脱硫研究的方法虽有200多种,但工业化应用的只有10多种,且这些方法都要消耗资源;由于钢渣中含有一定量的碱性物质,具有一定的脱硫潜力。为此,本课题提出采用钢渣作为脱硫剂进行烟气脱硫,实现以废治废。 本实验以某钢铁厂钢渣为吸收剂,以自制鼓泡装置为吸收器,对钢渣烟气脱硫进行了实验研究。本实验考察了钢渣粒径、钢渣吸收浆液浓度、进口二氧化硫浓度、浆液pH值及烟气流量等因素对脱硫率的影响,以及分析钢渣的组成成分和反应机理。实验结果表明,当条件控制在:钢渣粒径大于100目,浆液浓度大于1%,进口二氧化硫浓度低于1500ppm,烟气流量小于0.09m3/h,初始pH值大于6时,其二氧化硫去除率可达到80%以上,达到综合治理,以废治废的效果。 关键词:钢渣;烟气脱硫;鼓泡吸收 Study on lue Gas Desulfurizaiton with Steel Slag Abstract The world committed to the Flue Gas Desulfurization study methods for more than 200, but the applications only ten more, and these methods must consume resources ;a lot of scholars dedicated to the use of steel slag, but there are still not able to Large-scale use. Because a lot of steel slag containing alkaline substances, has a desulfurization potential. To this end, the issues about using steel slag as a desulfurization agent for flue gas desulfurization to achieve by Waste. Taking steel slag from a steel plant as the absorbent, to self-bubbling device as absorbers, an experimental study on FGD with steel slag was conducted. it was studied the size of steel slag, serous concentration, the concentration of SO2 in the air, pH value and Flue gas flow on steel works dust wet desulfurization rate,analyzing the composition of steel slag and response mechanism ,. The results showed that, when the control section conditions: size of the steel slag is greater than 100 mesh , serous concentration is greater than 1%, the concentration of SO2 in the air less than 1500ppm, Flue gas flow is less than 0.09m3/h,pH6,The sulfur dioxide removal efficiency can reach 80%, to reach a comprehensive way, to the effect of waste by waste.
