华北地区M市污水处理厂设计 系 别 环境科学与工程系 专 业 环境工程 学 号 姓 名 指导老师 2011 年 月 日 污水处理厂设计,属于中小型污水处理厂。污水主要来源为生活污水和工业废水,主要污染物质为NH3-N、BOD、COD,适宜采用生化处理方法。经过方案比较,确定采用三槽式氧化沟工艺。进水CODCr、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TN、TP值分别为、、、、、NH3-N、BOD、COD的去除率分别达到80.54%、91.07%、80.54%,污水处理厂处理后的出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级B标准。 本设计采用三沟式氧化沟法处理城市污水,其特点是工艺流程简单,构筑物少;处理效果稳定,出水水质好;污泥产生量少,污泥的性质稳定。设计中对污水处理工艺和污泥处理方案进行了选择论证;对污水、污泥处理构筑物进行了工艺设计计算;对废水处理厂进行了平面、高程布置,并绘制了平面布置图、高程图。 经技术经济分析,此设计方案投资总额为2619.53万元,废水处理成本为0.53元/ m3。 关键词:城市污水;污水处理;氧化沟法 North China Urban Sewage Treatment Plant M Author:Tutor:Abstract With the economy development and expanding of cities, the problem of water pollution increased obviously. The pollution of water environment affects the human health and hampers the further development of economic construction. So in recent years our country constructs a large number of sewage treatment plants. It has played a positive role for eliminating the water pollution and improving the environment. The designed daily freatment of the city sewage treatment plant designed in M City is 30,000 m3,which belongs to big-sized sewage treatment plant. The main polluting is the NH3-N, BOD, COD. It is suitable to use the biochemistry processing method. After the comparison of the plan, the Three Type Oxidation Ditch craft was chosen as the process. The value of inlet parameters such as CODCr、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TN、TP are 411mg/L, 224mg/L, 205mg/L,26mg/L, 42mg/L and 7.7mg/L respectively. The elimination rate of the NH3-N, BOD, COD respectively achieved 42.31%, 90.07%, 80.54%. The outlet water of the treatment meets the level one of B of the National Sewage Discharge Standard (GB18918-2002). This design uses three oxidation ditch to treat urban sewage.
