深部软岩巷道锚索与钢筋混凝土
联合支护技术与应用

摘 要:新安煤矿+535水平是设计生产水平,由于地质条件复杂,构造应力大,大部分巷
道工程均出现了严重变形破坏的现象,严重影响矿井的安全生产。文章基于巷道失稳变形破坏特
点及原因分析,提出了控制深部巷道围岩变形破坏的关键技术,进行了合理支护技术参数的确
定,并对锚索(双托板)与钢筋混凝土联合支护的+535主石门二号交岔点试验段进行了十二个月
的观测,发现巷道围岩的变形很小,且已连续三个月变形速度趋于零,从而直接验证了该支护技
术方案的正确性。

Abstract:The+535 Level of Xin an Mine was the designed production leve1.Due to the complicated geological
conditions and high structure stress,a major part of the mine roadway proiect had a serious deformation failure phenomenon
appeared.Thus the mine safety production was seriously affected.Base on the stability lost and deformation failure
features of the mine roadway and the cause analysis,the key technology to control the surrounding rock deformation failure
of the deep mine roadway was provided.The parameters of the rational support technology were determined.A 12 month
observation and measurement was conducted in the trial section at the No.2 cross point roadway of+535 main CroSscut
with the anchor(double plates)and reinforced concrete combined support system.The trim results showed that the
deformation of the mine roadway was small and the deformation speed in a continued three month was close to zero.Thus
