本设计主要是深入学习和研究万向节与传动轴的结构、功能因十字轴万向节是应用最为广泛的万向节,故在设计中选用合适类型的十字轴万向节和传动轴,进行实物测绘,对数据进行计算校核后,用软件画出十字万向传动装置的三维立体图形,用CAD出图。设计通过详细的公式计算、准确的绘图、正确的参数选择,大大缩短了设计的周期,提高了工作效率,对十字万向传动装置的生产产生一定积极的作用。通过此次设计,熟练掌握了、CAD的使用方法,并将过去所学的知识融会贯通,了解并掌握工业设计的过程和基本方法,为将来实践中的设计打下良好基础。

Propeller shaft and Cardan universal joint contrary design
Abstract
This design has mainly gone deeply into studying the structure and the function of the universal joint and the propeller shaft. Because the cardan universal joint has the most extensive application in the universal joint, I have used the suitable kind of cardan universal joint and propeller shaft, and I have had the real object drawn, and after computed and examined the logarithms, I have drawn the 3D stereoscopic sketch of the cardan shaft system with the CATIA softwares,and then used the CAD to have the diagram. The design had a detailed formula calculation, an accurate painting, and a right parameter choice, which shortened the period of the design consumedly, raised the work efficiency, and also made an aggressive function to the production of the cardan shaft system. Through the design, I have controlled the operation method of theCATIA ,CAD masterly, have had the knowledge learned in the past integrated, and have understood and controlled the process and basic method of the industrial design, all of which made me lay a good foundation in the design in future.
