基于单片机的RLC测量仪的设计
摘 要:现今信息时代的高速发展使得电子工业的前景一片大好,电子元件的广泛使用使得电子工业跨入了超时代发展的路途。设计基于单片机的RLC参数测量仪,是利用单片机的运算和控制功能实现测量,提高了测量精度。本设计是由硬件电路设计和软件程序控制两部分组成的,硬件部分采用MCS-51单片机控制电路,软件部分采用C语言程序。系统的软件设计是以Keil51为平台,使用C语言编写了系统的应用软件;本设计的软件由五部分组成,电阻测试模块、电容测试模块、显示程序模块、主程序模块和电感测试模块。大大提高了现实运用的效率以及方便度。除此之外,该系统的硬件部分主要在于设计出了电阻、电容以及电感测试仪,组建了与上述电子元件相符合的振荡电路与相应频率的转化从而实现测量参数值的目的。

The Design of RLC Meter Based on SCM
Abstract:The rapid development of todays information age makes the future of electronic industry,Widely used in electronic components makes the electronic industry entered the era development path.To design the RLC parameter measurement based on SCM, measure the use of SCM computing and control functions, which has improved the measurement accuracy.The design created by hardware circuit design and software program control two parts, hardware part adopts MCS-51 SCM to control circuit, the software using C language program. The software design of the system is based on Keil51 platform, using C language programming the system application software;This software is composed of five parts, resistor test module, capacitor test module , display module, main program module and inductance test module.Greatly improved the efficiency and convenience of practical application.In addition, mainly the hardware of this system creating the resistance, capacitance and inductance tester,building the oscillating circuit is consistent with the electronic component and the transformation of corresponding frequency so as to realize the purpose of measuring value.
