摘要
凸轮轴是发动机中关键零部件之一,对其加工精度的要求非常高
凸轮轴磨床磨头系统是凸轮轴加工过程中的核心设备,其磨头的性能和
质量直接影响到凸轮轴的加工精度和质量。因此,针对凸轮轴磨床磨头
系统的研究是非常重要的
本论文的研究内容是对MKQ8312凸轮轴磨床磨头系统的动态特性进
行分析,并对其结构进行优化研究。首先,利用有限元方法建立了
MKQ8312凸轮轴磨床磨头系统的动态模型,分析了磨头系统的固有频率
和振型。其次,通过实验测定了磨头系统的自由振动响应函数,计算了
磨头系统的阻尼比和质量参量。最后,基于模拟和实验结果对磨头系统
的结构进行优化设计,提高了磨头系统的动态性能和稳定性

Abstract
Thecamshaftisoneofthekeycomponentsintheengine,andthe
requirementforitsmachiningaccuracyisextremelyhigh.Thecamshaft
grindingheadsystemisthecoreequipmentinthecamshaftmachining
process,andtheperformanceandqualityofthegrindingheaddirectly
affectthemachiningaccuracyandqualityofthecamshaft.Therefore,
researchonthecamshaftgrindingheadsystemisveryimportant.
Theresearchcontentofthisthesisistoanalyzethedynamic
characteristicsoftheMKQ8312camshaftgrindingheadsystemand
studythestructuraloptimizationofthegrindingheadsystem.Firstly,
thedynamicmodeloftheMKQ8312camshaftgrindingheadsystemis
establishedbyusingthefiniteelementmethod,andthenatural
frequencyandmodeofthegrindingheadsystemareanalyzed.
Secondly,thefreevibrationresponsefunctionofthegrindinghead
systemismeasuredexperimentally,andthedampingratioandmass
parameterofthegrindingheadsystemarecalculated.Finally,basedon
thesimulationandexperimentalresults,thestructureofthegrinding
headsystemisoptimizedtoimprovethedynamicperformanceand
stabilityofthegrindingheadsystem.
