摘 要 随着我国汽车工业的不断发展,人们对汽车的舒适性和安全性的要求也越来 越高,而减振器作为悬架系统的主要部件,其质量直接影响到车辆乘座舒适性和 操纵稳定性。本次毕业设计的题目是基于动平衡减振器试验台。减振器在汽车传动系统中发挥着极其重要的作用。本试验台采用立式的布置方式。 本说明书主要共有六个章节的内容:第一章,绪论;第二章,减振器试验台方案分析;第三章,电动机和减振器的选择;第四章,曲柄连杆机构的设计;第五章,联轴器的设计;第六章,夹具的设计;第七章,减振器试验台机构误差分析;第八章,结论。 本设计主要参考了减振器试验台相关的材料和内容。计算所需要的主要参数,并对曲柄连杆机构进行强度校核。使试验台达到安全标准。利用CAXA制图,画出装配图和零件图。结合书中所学知识及查阅相关资料,设计出动平衡减振器试验台。 关键词:动平衡技术;减振器;试验台;曲柄连杆机构 Abstract With the continuous development of Chinas automobile industry,People car comfort and safety requirements have become more sophisticated,And shock absorber suspension system as the main components, A direct impact on the quality of traveling comfort and vehicle handling and stability. The graduation project is based on the dynamic balance of the subject test-bed absorber. Damper drive system in the car plays a vital role. In this study, using the vertical layout. This statement, there are six main sections: Chapter,Introduction;Chapter II,Damper Test Bench program analysis;Chapter III,The choice of motor and shock absorber;Chapter IV, the design of crank-connecting rod mechanism;Chapter V, the coupling of the design; Chapter VI, fixture design; Chapter VII, shock absorber test bench institutions error analysis; Chapter VIII, Conclusion. Reference to the design of the main shock absorber test stand and content related materials. Needed to calculate the main parameters, Connecting rod and crank strength checking agencies. Make test-bed to meet safety standards. CAXA use mapping, Draw assembly drawing and parts drawing. Combination of book knowledge and access to relevant information, Balance out the design of test-bed absorber.
