【摘要目的 应用Morris水迷宫,AD模型APPswe/PS1dE9双转基因小鼠定位航行及空间搜索等学习和记忆保持能力,评价姜黄素对APPswe/PS1dE9双转基因小鼠认知功能的影响。方法 将月龄的APPswe/PS1dE9双转基因小鼠随机分为模型组、罗格列酮组(10 mgkg?d)、姜黄素(400 mg/kg?d)、中(200 mgkg?d)、剂量组(100 mgkg?d),每组只;并以同月龄遗传背景相同的C57/BL6J小鼠作为对照组。每天灌胃给药1次,连续灌胃个月。应用Morris水迷宫。结果 姜黄素对APPswe/PS1dE9双转基因小鼠空间学习记忆能力障碍有改善作用,尤以姜黄素剂量效果比较明显结论 姜黄素能改APPswe/PS1dE9双转基因小鼠的。

Effect of curcumin on the ethology of APPswe/PS1dE9 transgenic mice

Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of curcumin on cognitive function of APPswe/PS1dE9 double transgenic mice. Methods 3-month old APPswe/PS1dE9 dtg mice were randomly divided into model group, rosiglitazone group and curcumin high-, medium- and low-dose groups (n = 6), with age-matched C57BL/6J mice of the same genetic background as normal control group. Medication was given once a day by intragastric gavage for 6 months. Morris water maze was used to test the spatial learning and memory ability of APPswe/PS1dE9 double transgenic mice. Results Curcumin showed improvement effect on the spatial learning and memory disabilities of APPswe/PS1dE9 double transgenic mice, especially in the curcumin high-dose and medium-dose groups. Conclusion Curcumin can improve learning and memory ability of APPswe/PS1dE9 double transgenic mice.
