Value Engineering ·133 · 电力通信系统防雷技术设计应坚持的基本原则和方法 Basic Principle andMethodfor theAnti-thunder TechnologyDesign ofElectric Power TelecommunicationSystem 叶平YEPing曰温志波WENZhi-bo曰刘仲达LIUZhong-da (中山市气象局,中山528401) (Zhongshan Bureauof Meteorology,Zhongshan 528401,China) 摘要院一方面,随着国民经济的发展,智能电网的建设不断深入,电力通信系统的应用日益广泛,重要性不断增加;而另一方面, 电力通信系统因其耐雷电过压能力差而容易损坏,造成损失。电力通信系统一旦遭受雷击而出现故障会造成调度中断或系统瘫痪,进 而造成大面积停电等事故,因此,对于电力通信而言,雷击的危害是不可忽视和必须解决的。本文作者结合具体实践经验,较全面地总 结了在进行电力通信系统防雷设计过程中必须坚持的三个原则:综合防雷原则、科学有效原则和经济实用原则;以期达到保护电力通 信系统及其设备的目的。 Abstract: Onthe onehand,with the developmentofnationaleconomy andthe deepening constructionof smartgrid,the electric power communication system is becoming more and more widely applied with increasing importance. On the other hand, electric power communication system is easy to damage and cause losses because of its poor resistance to lightning overvoltage. Once there is lightning strike and failure in electric power communication system, it will cause interruption or dispatching system paralysis, and then causing blackouts and other accidents. Therefore, for the electric power communication, the harm of lightning is not to be ignored and must be solved.
