Meanwhile, as a core of modern economy and resource allocation,finance links closely with the transformation in levels and aspects. This paper describes acting mechanism of finance in such area, analyses main problems of present financial system, and then based on foreign experiences, puts forward solutions to support industrial transformation by constructing proper financial system.
