点阵字符型OLED显示屏的设计
摘 要
OLED(有机电致发光)显示技术被认为是继CRT、LCD之后的第三代显示技术,它以其超轻超薄,响应快,高对比度,低功耗,自发光,全彩色显示,加工工艺简单等特点受到各国显示技术研究机构的重视。目前,该领域的研究已成为平板显示技术研究的热点。并且,随着产业化技术逐渐成熟,世界各大光电厂商纷纷参与OLED产业竞争,使OLED产品的市场化进程也不断加速。
本次设计是设计一种点阵字符型的OLED显示屏,,The Design of Organic Light Emitting Display
ABSTRACT
OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) display technology is considered, following CRT, LCD, after the third-generation display technology,With its thin and light, fast response, high contrast, low-power, self-luminous, full-color display, simple processing technology by the countries of the importance attached to research institutions.At present, the research in the field of flat panel display technology has become a research hotspot.And, with the technology industry gradually matures, the worlds major PV manufacturers are involved in OLED industry competition, market OLED process has been accelerated.
The main purpose of design is the design of a character dot-matrix OLED display.First of all, to learn more about OLEDs basic structure, working principle, the device features, functions and characteristics of material, device manufacturing process.According to the use of screens to determine the size of OLED displays and the contents ,and then draw logical electrode alignment and graphics as well as the production version of the cathode and anode mask.And then on the device structure and materials used for discussion in order to meet the performance requirements.
