理工学院 毕 业 设 计 学生姓名: 学 号: 专 业: 过程装备与控制工程 题 目: 火电厂烟道气脱硫实验装置设计 指导教师: 任欧旭(讲师) 评阅教师: 朱玉峰(教授) 2012年6月 毕 业 设 计 中 文 摘 要 对喷动床技术在烟气脱硫中的应用和最新进展进行了综述,叙述了喷雾-喷动床半干法烟气脱硫的基本原理、优缺点、影响脱硫的因素等特别适合于中小型燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫 Title Design of the Experiment Device for Flue Gas Desulfurization Abstract Spouted bed in the flue gas desulfurization and the latest developments were reviewed, which described the spray-the basic principles of spouted bed semi-dryflue gas desulfurization, the advantages and disadvantages of factors affect the desulfurization.A new semi-dry desulfurization using spray spouted bed was introduced in the paper. Concentration of?dilute lime slurry desulfurization agent.The desulfurization technology had the desulfurization rate,flue gas handling large amount of sorbent utilization, pollution, simple operation and maintenance advantages. This technology was still at an experimental stage, had not been applied to industrial production. Particularly suitable for small and medium-sized coal-fired boiler flue gas desulfurization. For experimental research and teaching presentations designed a spray spouted bedsemi-dry flue gas desulfurization experimental device The device by the spouted bed, heater, cyclone, baghouse, slurry tanks and ancillary equipment The device could be tested?in this experiment the intake air temperature, gas flow, spoutedbed height, Ca/S ratio and other factors on the desulfurization efficiency, and could do the flue gas desulfurization demonstration experiments.
