摘要 为了解决 H益严重的城市交通问题，如何对现有交通进行有效的管理和控制 己成为我国交通运输中迫切需要解决的问题。城市交通信号控制系统是解决交通 拥挤的强制性手段之一，用于城市道路交通控制与管理，实现交通信号的智能控 制，通过育规律的控制和运用交通信号使车辆有秩序地驶离冲突区域，对城市道 路网的交通流畅通发挥着重要的作用。 目前城市交通信号控制的通信方式多采用电话缆，在工程实施时，电缆一般 采用空中架设或地下敷设的方式，由于城市中有各种空中、地下设施，现场交通 情况非常复杂，给工程施工带来了许多困难，工程成本高，工程实施难。 本论文提出设计 种新型的基于无线通信方式的城市道路交通信号控制系 统，系统包括交通信号控制器， GPRS 无线 MODEM 和交通信号控制系统服务器 软件。系统采用 GPRS 无线传输方式作为交通信号控制数据的传输方式，百 J较好 地解决目削城市交通控制系统中有线通信布缆工程成本高、实施难的问题。 交通信号控制器采用单片机进行控制，运用基于时间袤的主干线控制模式， 通过对交通信号控制模式、信号控制方案等设置，协调控制车辆在通过干线路口 时总是在绿灯开始时到达，实现绿汲带控制，提高车辆行车速度和道路通行能力， 保证主干线的畅通，减少车辆在行驶过程中的延误。 GPRS 无线 MODEM 的核心模块采用 CELLON 公司的 CSM91-9∞1/1800 GSMlGPRS 兀线模块，用单片机控制其进行拨号联网方式的 GPRS 无线组网. 实现了系统 /J民务棒、交通信号控制器等设备的无线接入。 本论文完成了基于无线通信的城市道路交通信号控制系统的交边信号控制 器样机设计与研制工作， GPRS 无线 MODEM 的样机设计与开发:完成了服务帮 软们的基本功能:成功利用 GPRS 无线传输方式完成了城市交通拉制信号的传 输，实现了基于时间表的主干线绿波控制，达到了预期的研究目的。 关键词 z 交通信号控制系统，交通信号控制器， GPRS 无线组网， CMS91 GSM/GPRS 模块 ABSTRACT In order 10 solve Ihe increasingly serious Iraffic problems in the cily，how to carry on effeclive managemenl and conlrol 10 Ihe existing Iraffic becomes an urgent problem that should be solved in transpo叫ation 01 our countrγ.
