摘 要
本文的主要内容可分为汽车后桥减速器左壳体的机械加工工艺规程设计和专用夹具设计两大部分。首先,通过分析汽车车桥后桥减速器壳体,运用机械制造技术及相关课程的一些知识,确定相关的工艺尺寸及毛坯尺寸,然后选择合适的机床和刀具,保证零件的加工质量。夹具设计方面要解决减速器壳体在加工中的定位、加紧以及工艺路线的安排等方面的相关问题。其次,依据毛坯件和生产纲领的要求及各加工方案的比较,制定出最优的加工工艺规程路线。最后,根据被加工零件的加工要求,参考机床夹具设计手册及相关方面的书籍,运用夹具设计的基本原理和方法,拟定夹具设计的方案,设计出高效、省力、经济合理并且能保证加工质量的夹具。

Abstract
The main contents of this paper can be divided into two points, one is the machining process planning of the reducer housing, the other is dedicated fixture designing. First of all, through the analysis of the reducer housing, mechanical manufacturing technology and some knowledge of the related courses are used to determine the related process dimension and blank dimension , and then the appropriate machine tools and cutting tools are selected to guarantee the quality of parts. In the process of fixture design need to solve in positioning, tightening and the arrangement of the process route and so on related issues. Secondly, on the basis of the blank and production program requirements and the comparison of the processing scheme to obtain optimal processing procedure. Finally, according to the requirements of the processed parts processing refer to machine tool fixture design handbook or related books and by using the basic principle and method of fixture design to draw up a plan of fixture design. Designing a fixture that a high efficiency, energy saving, reasonable in economy and can ensure the quality of machining.
