摘 要
本文是关于注塑模具的设计,在正确分析塑件的结构,技术要求及企业的生产实际情况后进行塑件的注射模设计。分别对的性能,塑件结构特点分析后,采用了口进行浇注,以及注射机的选用,分型面的选择,型腔数目的确定,成型零部件的结构设计以及相关的计算并配有图例来加以说明。用CAD软件对模具进行设计、分析、绘图。其核心知识是塑料成型、材料成型技术基础、机械设计、塑料成型工艺、计算机辅助设计、模具CAD等。
ABSTRACT

After checking qualified , the molding parts machining process design must ensure that the quality of Supervision taking into account the economy.
