三相Z源逆变器延时控制的定性分析研究

【摘要】传统的三相电压型逆变器的输出总是小于输入,想要得到一个大的输出的话就必须要外接一个升压电路,这会造成成本的增加。Z源逆变器的提出能够有效的解决这个问题,z源逆变器作为一个可以自由控制升、降压范围的单级式的逆变模型,具有简单的拓扑结构、高效的利用率和系统的可靠性等特点,目前正被广泛的应用到各种新能源系统中。本文通过对Z源逆变器电路工作原理进行分析,在正弦脉冲宽度调制技术(SPWM控制)的基础上提出了延时控制方式,在保持所有上桥臂导通时间不变的情况下,对三个下桥臂的导通时间做一个延时滞后处理,利用延时产生的微小的时间差,获得直通零矢量,从而实现对输出电压调节的目的。最后利用matlab仿真验证了Z源逆变器的加入能提高输出电压的大小,并且能够很好的控制谐波畸变率。

Abstract:The result of traditional three-phase inverter can not gain a good condition,which the value of the voltage in the side of load is lower than the DC side.In order to get a well result,we can contact a boost model in the cicurt,absolutly,the way will arise the price.More and more paper proposed Z-source inverter to solve these problem,Z-source inverter is a single-stage inverter model which can make the circuit buck-boost.The simple topology,efficient utilization and system reliability ,those features make it being applied to a variety of new energy systems widely.The paper proposed the control methods of delay by analyzing the work principle,which is keeping the upper leg constant with the voltage of lower leg lag.So the relationship between the upper and the lower has been changed,in this way,a new vector has been product.we can chang the range of the output by the vector.Finaly,it is verified that the rationality of the Z-source based on Simulink.

引言
对三相逆变器的研究分析过程表明传统的三相电压型逆变器是一个降压模式,输出电压总是小于输入给定电压,也就是说,得到的输出电压范围是有限的。对于一些需要得到较大输出电压范围的电能传输系统来说,常常需要在输出侧级联一个升压斩波器,从而实现升压的目的,这样的结果不仅会使系统的成本增加,开关损耗也会相应的增加,而且还会导致系统的传递效率降低。同时由于电压型逆变器与电流型逆变器主电路不能互换,造成了使用的局限性。传统逆变器最大的问题是当电磁干扰导致桥臂瞬时开路或短路时,会造成器件的损坏,可靠性较低[1-2]。正是由于这些缺点,Z源逆变器这种新型的逆变器拓扑结构受到了越来越多的人关注,该模型在一定程度上克服了传统电压源和电流源逆变器的不足。
