No: 200910801445 Supervisor: Shugen Liu Date: Marh, 2013-June, 2013 10000 t/d屠宰废水处理工艺设计 摘要:本次设计任务为10000 t/d屠宰废水处理工艺设计。鉴于屠宰废水水量较大,皮毛、油脂等杂质多,CODCr、BOD5、氨氮较高等特点,经过多种方案比选,最终确定以ABR+CASS组合工艺为主体的设计方案。废水经格栅、隔油沉淀池预处理后进入ABR反应器,部分污染物得到去除;之后在CASS反应池中微生物作用下发生硝化、反硝化反应,达到生物脱氮除磷的效果,废水中的CODCr、BOD5、氨氮、SS等污染物负荷大幅度降低;经后续消毒处理后,最终出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准。 关键词:屠宰废水 10000 t/d ABR CASS Abstract The design proposal is the wastewater treatment process design for the design flow of 10000t/d of a slaughterhouse wastewater treatment plant . Because of the design of the large amount of water slaughterhouse wastewater, containing fur, oil and other impurities, CODCr, BOD5, ammonia and other indicators higher characteristic, through multi-program comparison, the final feasible and excellent to ABR+CASS combination process as the main design. Waste water through the grill, from the grease sedimentation tank to the ABR reactor, organic matter under anaerobic microorganisms are anaerobic decomposition, some pollutants have got removed.Under the action of microorganisms nitrification, nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal completed, wastewater CODCr, BOD5, ammonia, SS and other pollution load greatly reduced in the CASS reaction cell, making the final effluent disinfection treatment follow-up to achieve Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) a standard.
