氨水—石灰卤水法制备氢氧化镁的试验研究的中期报告 摘要: 氨水—石灰卤水法是一种常用的工业方法,可以高效制备氢氧化镁。本研究着重考察了该法制备氢氧化镁的基础反应机理、反应条件、反应产物的性质及分析方法。通过实验探究,优化了氨水和石灰的配比,确定了适宜的反应温度和反应时间,建立了一套完整的分离提取工艺,并对提取得到的氢氧化镁进行了稳定性和性能测试。结果表明,氨水—石灰卤水法可以高效制备出高纯度、高质量的氢氧化镁,具有优良的稳定性和完善的配方,可用于工业生产。 关键词:氨水—石灰卤水法;氢氧化镁;反应机理;分离提取;稳定性;性能测试 Abstract: The ammonia-lime brine method is a commonly used industrial method for efficient preparation of magnesium hydroxide. This study focuses on the basic reaction mechanism, reaction conditions, properties of reaction products and analysis methods for the preparation of magnesium hydroxide by this method. Through experimental exploration, the ratio of ammonia and lime was optimized, the appropriate reaction temperature and reaction time were determined, a complete separation and extraction process was established, and the stability and performance of the extracted magnesium hydroxide were tested. The results showed that the ammonia-lime brine method can efficiently prepare high-purity and high-quality magnesium hydroxide, which has excellent stability and a mature formula and can be used in industrial production.
