BAF池反冲洗进气管回水分析及解决

【摘要】本文对银川污水处理公司第三中水厂曝气生物滤池反冲洗时,反冲

洗风机停止后发生的曝气风机回水现象进行阐述,对反冲洗步骤进行分析,找出问

题的关键点:一、反冲洗进气管道的U形阻水弯高度与液面高差过小;二、反冲洗

进气阀在反冲洗风机停止后不能迅速关闭以阻止水进入管道;三、由温差导致的

冷凝水累积在管道内。针对此三点提出改进方案,即提高反冲洗进气管道U形阻

水弯的高度;在反冲洗进气阀前加装止回阀;设计阻水弯为一端高一端低,最大限

度阻止冷凝水进入阻水弯保护端。

银川污水处理有限公司第三中水厂位于银川市西夏区丽子园南路,设计日处

理量为3×104m3,采用曝气生物滤池加高效纤维滤池过滤的处理工艺,出水水

质达到国家城市污水再生利用工业用水水质标准(GB/T19923-2005)。所生产的再

生水主要供给宁夏电投集团西夏热电厂做循环冷却水使用。

从节省土方,又有利于保温考虑,银川市第三中水厂曝气生物滤池(BAF)采用

半地下式、钢筋混凝土结构,池深6.6m,地下部分为2.5m。滤池共设8格,每格平

面尺寸为8m×6m,自下而上分别为配水渠、滤板(滤头)、鹅卵石承托层、陶粒生

物滤料、出水缓冲区。反冲洗采用气水反冲洗,8格轮流进行,共用3台反冲洗水

泵、
