PAGE 题 目 :变压器绕组直流电阻的测量二 题 目 :变压器绕组直流电阻的测量 二○一一年六月 毕 业 设 计(论文) ` 院 系 专业班级 学生姓名 指导教师 变压器绕组直流电阻的测量题 目 :二 变压器绕组直流电阻的测量 题 目 : 二○一一年六月 华北电力大学本科毕业设计(论文) 变压器绕组直流电阻的测量 摘要 测量绕组的直流电阻,可检查变压器绕组内的焊接质量;引线和绕组的焊接质量;分接开关、引出线和套管等载流部分的接触是否良好;三相电阻是否平衡。因此,正确的测量方法和测得的数据分析就显得尤为重要。但是,变压器的绕组具有大电感和小电阻,按照传统方法测量时需要较长的时间才能达到稳定,因此需要很长时间才能得到结果。变压器通常露天放置,长时间在室外测试尤其在夏季和严冬季节是很麻烦的一项工作。此外,由此而延长的变压器停运时间会对电力系统乃至国民经济造成巨大的损失。因此,对快速测量电力变压器绕组直流电阻进行研究具有重要的意义。 本文对具有代表性的七种快速测量方法进行了简介,同时利用MATLAB中的SIMULINK仿真工具进行仿真计算,根据仿真结果从测量时间、准确度及使用该方法时应考虑的因素等方面综合分析了各方法的优点和缺陷所在。 关键词:绕组直流电阻;快速测量;仿真;SIMULINK MEASUREMENT OF TRANSFORMER WINDING DC RESISTANCE Abstract Measuring winding DC resistance, you can check the quality of welding transformer Winding; the quality of welding wire and winding; tap, pinout and other current carrying parts and the casing of contact is good; phase resistance is balanced. Therefore, the correct measurement and analysis of the measured data is particularly important. However, the transformer winding has a larger inductance and smaller resistance, when measured in accordance with traditional methods require a longer time to achieve stability, it takes a long time to get results. Transformers are generally open air place,especially in summer or winter season for a long time in the outdoor test is a very troublesome work.In addition,the resulting extended outage of the power transformer as well as national economic system is a huge loss. Therefore, rapid measurement of power transformer winding DC resistance is of great significance. In this paper, several typical fast measurement method, using MATLAB SIMULINK simulation tools in the simulation, the simulation result from the measurement time, accuracy and use of the method factors should be considered the comprehensive analysis of the various methods where the strengths and shortcomings.
