摘 要 本设计主要阐述了环氧涂料的配方以及制备工艺设计方案。分为八个章节。分别讲解了环氧涂料的生产原料、生产制备工艺、生产设备及工序等。环氧树脂中含有芳香醚键，漆膜经日光（紫外线）照射后易降解断链，所以户外耐候性较差。故通常的双酚A系环氧树脂不耐户外日晒，漆膜易失光变色，然后粉化，不宜用作户外的面漆。本设计根据环氧树脂的特性设计了配方，通过选择了的独特的方式，同时选择合适的生产方法，来设计生产一种优良的附着力、抗化学品性能优良、韧性好、具有优良的电绝缘性质、防腐蚀性强的环氧树脂涂料。然后有根据收集的资料和已知的设备、涂料的生产工艺设计了一套环氧树脂涂料的生产制备工艺以及环氧树脂涂料的配方。 关键词：环氧树脂涂料工艺 Abstract This design describes epoxy coating formulations and preparation process design , is divided into eight chapters . Epoxy coatings were explained the production of raw materials , production preparation , production equipment and processes and so on . Epoxy resin containing aromatic ether bond , easily biodegradable film by sunlight ( UV ) irradiation broken link, so poor outdoor durability .It is usually bisphenol A-based epoxy resin to intolerance outdoor sun, film volatile light color , and then pulverized , should not be used as outdoor topcoat . This design is designed according to the characteristics of the epoxy resin formulations, chose a unique way , and select the appropriate production methods designed to produce a excellent adhesion , excellent chemical resistance , good toughness, excellent electrical insulating properties , anti-corrosion epoxy coating . Then designed a set of epoxy production preparation process as well as epoxy coating formulations based on the information collected and known devices , paints Production .
