大学毕业论文-可编程控制技术在专用钻床电气控制中的应用.doc

题 目学生姓名学 号 院(系) 专 业 指导教师 时 间 2015年 6 月 22 日 摘要 传统的钻孔机床精度低,可靠性不高,已不适应社会发展需要。随着PLC控制技术的迅速发展,以PLC为核心的钻孔机床控制系统已经显示出其优势。 本文主要研究可编程控制技术在专用钻床电气控制中的应用,它主要用于加工一种小型的空心圆柱型零件。首先对所选课题的现状及背景、现代可编程控制技术的现状、特点等,以及钻床的机械系统、总体工作流程和电气控制系统功能设定都做了简单的概述,并写出了可编程控制方案设计步骤。同时,详细的介绍了电气控制系统的电路设计,并列出了PLC的I/O地址分配表,绘制了PLC的外围接线图,并绘制了PLC的工作流程图以及可编程控制器的梯形图。最后,对实际中可能产生的电磁干扰也做了介绍,并提出一些防干扰的一些措施。此外,论文中对电气元器件的选择也作了详细的讲解。 本设计中综合运用了PLC控制技术,液压传动技术,电动机控制技术等现在机械系统中常用的技术,这些技术对同类机械以及一般的工业控制都有很重要的参考价值。 关键词:钻孔机床,可编程控制器,电气控制,梯形图Abstract Traditional drilling machine have low precision, and the reliability is not high. It can not meets the needs of social development yet. With the rapid development of PLC Control System, it has highlights its advantages. This paper describes a programmable control technology in special drill electrical control. First, the subject status and background, modern can control programming technology status, characteristics, and drilling machine of the mechanical system and the overall work process and electric control system function set the simple overview, and write the programmable control design steps. At the same time, detailed introduced the circuit design of the electrical control system, and lists the PLC I / O address allocation table, drawing the external wiring diagram of PLC, and draw the flow chart of PLC and PLC ladder diagram. At last, the possible electromagnetic interference of the actual electromagnetic interference is also introduced, and some anti-interference measures are put forward.. In addition, the choice of electrical components in the paper also made a detailed explanation. In this design,the integrated use of PLC control technology, hydraulic technology, motor control technology, mechanical systems now commonly used technologies of similar machinery and general industrial control has a very important reference value.
