基于BIM的IPD建设项目协同管理方法研究 施 工 技 术 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 75 基于 BIM的 IPD建设项目协同管理方法研究 郭俊礼，滕佳颖，吴贤国，曹 靖，晏 祎 (华中科技大学土木工程与力学学院，湖北 武汉 430074) 〔摘要〕 IPD 模式可为传统交付模式下存在的弊病提供解决思路。在介绍 IPD 模式及其实现要素的基础上，针对项 目交付模式的发展及特点，分析 IPD 模式与传统交付模式的差异，比较了传统模式和基于 BIM 的 IPD 模式信息流 传递与共享方式及效率。研究建筑信息模型各功能在 IPD 项目及各阶段的应用，提出 BIM 在 IPD 项目各阶段的建 模策略和具体应用方法，为 BIM 和 IPD 协同管理应用打下基础。 〔关键词〕信息化;BIM;综合项目交付;协同管理 〔中图分类号〕 TU717;F284 〔文献标识码〕8#004699A 〔文章编号〕1002-8498(2012)22-0075-905 Study on the Collaborative Management Technique of IPD Construction Project Based on Building Information Modeling Guo Junli，Teng Jiaying，Wu Xianguo，Cao Jing，Yan Yi (School of Civil Engineering＆ Mechanics，Huazhong University of Science and Technology，Wuhan，Hubei 430074，China) Abstract:IPD can provide solutions for the maladies of traditional modes． The mode and implementation factors of the IPD were first recommended． The differences between IPD and traditional mode were also analyzed based on the development and characteristic of project management． Both the method and efficiency of the information flow transfer and sharing between IPD mode based on BIM and traditional mode were compared． The application of every function of BIM in all stages of IPD project was researched，furthermore the modeling strategy and the application method of BIM were proposed． The findings reported in this paper are expected to provide foundation for the collaboration management application of the IPD and BIM． Key words:information;building information modeling (BIM) ;integrated project delivery (IPD) ; collaborative management 〔收稿日期〕2012-07-19 〔基金项目〕武汉市建委科研立项:工程项目管理模式研究(200821 〔2008〕92) 〔作者简介〕郭俊礼，高级工程师，E-mail:wxg0220@ 126． com 0 引言 目前，建设项目的建筑形式非常多样化，供应 链向全球化转变，信息技术不断发展，对建设项目 可持续发展的要求越来越高。而传统工程项目交 付模式下，各参与方之间的集成化程度差，存在严 重的信息不对称和利益冲突，不免要造成反差，导 致建筑业的效率低、超预算和逾期完工等问题。根 据相关资料，在建筑业中，超过 70% 的项目存在超 预算和工期滞后现象〔1〕。 在 2007 年美国建筑师协会(AIA)的一项调查 中可以看出，83%的业主要求改变传统的项目交付 方式〔2〕，而综合项目交付方式(integrated project delivery，IPD)是在传统项目交付方式的基础上发展 而来，提供了解决现有问题的方法和思路，IPD 模式 可以有地的集成各参与方，实现信息共享
