2016高考英语书面表达专项指导一 巢湖二中高三英语备课组 应用文——书信 书信(letter)是用以交涉事务、联络友谊、交流思想的重要工具。高中阶段的信函主要包括私人信件(Personal letters)、公务信件(Business letters)两种。公务信函，一般是用来处理或讨论重要事务的信件，包括邀请信(Invitation letters)、感谢信(Thanks letters)、道歉信(Letters of Apologies)、祝贺信(Letters of Congratulations)等。英语信函主要包含“信头、信内地址、称呼、正文、结尾、签名”等六个部分。 1.常见的写作格式如下: 第一段,称呼(通常已给出); 第二段,寒暄语句,引出写信的目的; 第三段,根据提纲扩展主体段落。 第四段,表明自己的观点,并结束书信主体段落,在最后要向对方谈自己的看法; 第五段,寒暄句+落款。2 常用模板积累 模板1　道歉信 Dear　　????(称呼), I’m really sorry to tell you that　　????(所发生的事情).
