山东科技大学学士学位论文 PAGE 53 摘 要 组合机床是由通用部件及专用部件组成的,加工一种(或几种)零件的一道(或几道)工序的高效率的专用机床, 是一种自动化或半自动化的机床.无论是机械电气或液压电气控制的都能实现自动循环、半自动化的组合机床。一般采用多轴、多刀、多工序、多面和多工位同时加工，一种工序集中的高效率机床。组合机床加工,刀具是借助钻模板和镗模架,精加工机床采用高精度的导向,所以稳定的保证产品质量。 组合机床“三图一卡”就是针对具体零件，在选定的工艺和结构方案的基础上进行组合机床总体图样文件设计。其内容包括：绘制被加工零件图、加工示意图、机床联系总图、机床生产率计算卡等。 机床夹具通常是指装夹工件用的装置:至于装夹各种刀具用的装置,则一般称为“辅助工具”。 专用夹具在生产上起着很大的作用。机床夹具设计是工艺装备设计中的一个重要组成部分，是保证产品质量和提高劳动生产率的一项重要技术措施。 通过对变速箱体零件图的分析，制定其工艺过程，确定组合机床形式，绘制三图一卡；以及对专用部件多轴箱的设计。 关键词： 组合机床；被加工零件图；加工示意图；机床联系总图；机床生产率计算卡；夹具；专用夹具。 Abstract By the combination of machine tools and parts for GM components, a process (or several) Part of a (or several Road) processes for the high efficiency of the machine, is an automated or semi-automated machine tools, whether electrical machinery Electrical or hydraulic control can achieve automatic cycle, the combination of semi-automatic machine.
