Based on development of shield technology and codes in China , compilation background and process of the code are introduced. The code defines twenty terms about shield construction. Its eleven compulsory provisions and main contents in seventeen chapters are emphasized. The code takes shield construction codes in Japan and Europe as references. It is proposed that development of shield construction technology is promotion for improvement of shield and technology renovation. Therefore , code for shield tunnelling method will be reformed with the development of construction technology. Key words :shield tunnelling method ; construction code ; acceptance code ; compilation background ; main content [收稿日期 ] 2008211219 [作者简介 ] 杜文库 ,北京城建设计研究总院有限责任公司顾 问 ,高级工程师 ,北京市西城区阜成门北大街 5 号 　100037 ,电 话 : (010),E2mail :dwk - dwk007 @sina. com 1 　我国盾构施工技术的发展 盾构施工技术在国际上起步已有近 200 年的历 史 ,我国的盾构研究应用起步于 20 世纪 60 年代。1961 年 ,上海开始用盾构做试验隧道 ,先后使用敞胸手掘式 盾构 (412m 试验隧道) 、干出土网格式盾构 (10m 杨浦 路隧道) 、水力出土网格式盾构 (1113m 延安路隧道) 、 局部气压水力开挖网格式盾构 ( 5164m 电厂取水隧 道) 与土压平衡盾构 (4136m 下水道急管隧道) ,这些 盾构的设计、加工与施工 ,为盾构在软土中施工提供了 宝贵经验。 北京 1966 年开始设计盾构 ,1968 年开始做地铁盾 构施工试验段工程 ,采用 711m 半机械化压缩混凝土 盾构 ,成洞长 87m ,积累了一些经验。 1991 年上海地铁 1 号线在原有经验基础上 ,利用 外资贷款引进 7 台加泥式土压平衡盾构 ,采用刀盘开 挖、螺旋输送机排土 ,备有同步压浆
