摘 要
本文介绍一种新型航空蓄电池自动控制快速充电器,可作为航空蓄电池的地面保障设备。阐述了系统的主电路方案、控制电路的构成及系统故障检测。该充电器的主电路采用全波半控整流电路,其充电电压和充电电流值,能够进行预置,并可对其连续检测,其检测信号用以控制晶闸管的触发角,使充电电压和充电电流保持稳定,从而使充电速率达到最佳化。试验表明,该充电器具有充电电路与电力线路隔离、结构简单、效率高、体积小、重量轻等优点,便于现场应用。

Abstract
This paper discusses a new type of automatic control rapid air battery charger, The air batteries can be used as ground support equipment. On the system’s main circuit programme, the control circuit and a system fault detection. The Chargers used the main circuit full-wave rectifier circuit, Charging voltage and charging current can be predetermined and continuously monitored by the sensing means, so as to control the phase-triggered of the thyristor and maintain charging voltage and charging current at levels which is not greaten than predetermined limits, therefore the charging rate is continuously optimized. Experimental results of the prototype show that the proposed charger has the advantages of electric separation, simple frame, high efficiency, small volume, light weight and easy for the field application.
