农村电力网规划设计 摘 要 本文主要研究以呼玛县为例的农村电网规划,提出符合实际情况的优化方法,并利用这些方法进行具体的分析和计算,得到相应的规划方案。主要从五个方面对影响呼玛县电网规划的信息进行研究: 1.因为负荷预测是电网规划的前提和根本,在本文中,首先对该县进行符合预测,本文主要使用了灰色预测的方法进行不确定的情况下的负荷预测。 2.电路线网规划的问题。利用逐步倒推法在呼玛县的实际应用。 3. 变电所的选址问题是呼玛县农村电网规划的一个重要的组成部分,也是影响农网网架结构的一个重要因素。本文对这一问题问题进行了研究,并采用线性加权法与自适应遗传算法结合形成两层嵌套用于变电所规划的方法进行对呼玛县变电所选址的优化, 这种方法求解过程中思路简单,所耗时间相对较少,是值得呼玛县变电所规划实际应用的一种新方法。 4.在得到呼玛县的农村电网规划的部分方案以后,需要专业技术人员给对其进行经济性的评估。本文利用属性识别理论对电网规划前后的经济性进行评估。 关键词:Research and Realization of Rural Network Planning Method Abstract The foundation of modern electric power network composition required scientific planning scheme. This paper studies rural power planning take Huma county as an example, put forward some optimization methods which fit for actual situation of Huma, and use these methods to analysis and specific calculate, and gets corresponding plan. Mainly from five aspects impact information of Huma network planning to research: Because of load forecasting is a prerequisite for network planning, so the second chapter isload forecasting on the Huma county. This paper introduces gray prediction theory as well asimproved gray theory in detail and do load forecast with the methods under the uncertaintycondition. Including the overall prediction and zoning prediction. For Huma county rural power planning, gradually pushed back and genetic taboo hybrid algorithm are fit for Huma county rural planning situation which drawn in the actual calculation and application. Chapter three will introduce two methods in detail, and then by comparing their different strengths and shortcomings, also needs further study in practical application of Huma county, weighing the pros and cons for making the best selection. Substation siting is an important component of Huma county rural network planning and is an important factor that impact power grid network in the structure. This problem is studied in Chapter four, using linear-weighted and combination of adaptive genetic algorithm to form two-tier nested approach
