研究生思想政治教育管理现行模式分析 　　摘 要 研究生是中国特色社会主义事业的接班人，是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的中坚力量，加强研究生思想政治教育管理工作是研究生教育管理工作中的重中之重。基于我国高等教育不断发展，国家鼓励普通高校本科毕业生读研进而使得研究生数量成上升趋势的现状，我们不得不把研究生思想政治教育研究和研究生思想政治教育管理模式的研究看做当务之急，本文将联系社会实际，通过对研究生思想政治教育管理现行模式的分析，对今后的研究生思想政治教育管理工作进行深入探讨。 　　关键词 研究生 现行模式 管理 思想政治教育 分析 　　中图分类号：G41 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdks.2016.07.040 　　Abstract Graduate students are the successors of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics， is the backbone of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation， strengthen the students Ideological and political education and management work is a graduate student in education and management work. Based on the continuous development of Chinas higher education， status of the State encourages college graduates to go to graduate school and the number of graduate students are on the rise， we had to graduate study and research of the ideological and political education students study on management model of Ideological and political education is seen as the urgent affairs for the paper will contact social reality， through analysis of the ideological and political education of current management mode of students， to future research students ideological and political education and management work of in-depth study. 　　Key words postgraduate； current mode； management； ideological and political education； analysis 　　伴随着我国国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年计划的圆满完成以及第十三个五年计划的宏伟蓝图的制定，作为国之根本的教育，更应一马当先，而作为教育中的高尖端人才教育，研究生教育管理更应率先垂范，认真践行与分析现行研究生思想教育管理模式。研究生这个群体作为我国大力实施科教兴国、人才强国战略部署的重要组成部分，是向社会输出高素质人才的重要途径。毛泽东同志指出过：“思想政治工作，各个部门都要负责。共产党应该管，青年团应该管，政府主管部门应该管，学校的校长教师更应该管。”①所以说思想政治教育工作不只是某一个职能部门或者某一个单位的责任和义务也是整个社会的责任和义务。具体落实到研究生的思想政治教育工作上来时，首先各个高校一定是主要的战场，要从研究生入学时开始一刻不停的主抓研究生思想政治教育工作。其次在研究生踏入社会发挥其知识深度优势和科研能力优势的同时，用人单位及社会各方面，都有责任与义务对研究生进行思想政治教育。在文化、经济、社会不断变化，思想理念多元化的今天，要充分做好思想及行动上的准备以应对可能即将面对的挑战，同时，对新一代研究生思想政治教育工作未雨绸缪。 　　1 研究生思想政治教育管理模式介绍 　　1.1 由学校党委领导统一管理模式 　　该模式是在校党委的直接领导下统一运作。依据校党委的总体培养计划和培养目标，各二级学院具体实施及执行本学院负责的研究生思想政治教育管理工作及教学管理工作，类似于军队中的中央军委直属部队的形式，运
