毕 业 论 文 论文题目铁皮石斛在人工光下栽培的光合特性 学 院 水利与土木工程学院 专业年级 农业建筑环境与能源工程05 级 姓名学号 周明明 指导教师 贺冬仙 职 称 副教授 (2009 年6 月) 中国农业大学教务处制 I 摘要 铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo )是多年生兰科草本植物,具有极高的药用 价,已被列为中国濒临灭绝的三级保护植物。近年来,温室、大棚等设施栽培虽然解决了人工栽 培的问题,但存在生产周期过长,品质不稳定等缺点。本研究测定了人工光下栽培的铁皮石斛叶 片的光合经日变化和叶绿素荧光特性,并与自然光下栽培的进行了对比。结果表明:人工光下栽 培的铁皮石斛叶片的光合作用为兼性CAM途径;其光合效率对于光环境的适应性要优于自然光的 晴天条件,劣于自然光的阴天条件;其叶绿素荧光对环境胁迫和热耗散的适应能力均高于自然光 -2 -1 -1 的。因此,现有的光照强度为120 mol m s 和光照时间为12 h d 的人工光栽培环境还不是最佳, 调整其光照环境能达到促进铁皮石斛叶片的光合作用、提高生长速度,进而缩短生长周期的目标。 关键词:叶绿素荧光,CAM途径,光合经日变化,光照环境 II Abstract Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo (D .officinale) is a rare and endangered medicinal plant and has been listed as national third-class protection plant in China. Since cultivated D. officinale couldn ’t meet the need of curatorial and hygienical markets because of the slow growth and low quality, it is necessary to develop a new technique instead of conventional greenhouse cultivation to reduce the production period and control the plant quality. In this study, daily change of net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of D. officinale cultivated under artificial lighting were measured and compared with that cultivated under natural lighting with greenhouse.
