PAGE - - PAGE XXXVII - 2017届毕业设计说明书 D6114ZQB泵体的加工工艺规程及夹具设计 院 、 部: 机械工程学院 学生姓名: 指导教师: 职称 专 业: 班 级: 完成时间: 2017年6月 摘 要 随着计算机技术和机床制造业的不断发展,CAD图形交互式的应用成为机械加工技术发展的新趋势。通过机械设计与三维绘图软件的结合,让CAD/CAM的设计过程变得容易管理和控制,实现了时间的节约,大大的有助于实现设计加工自动化,提高加工精度和加工质量、缩短产品研制周期等。 泵体在机械行业中应用越来越广泛,但是由于泵体的加工难度高,而其工艺性能差而且加工工艺一直得不到改进。因此,本文对D6114ZQB泵体的加工工艺进行了分析,首先对零件的毛坯进行选择,并对其工艺规程进行设计,确定了其夹具方案并对其定位基准进行选择,确定机械加工工艺余量、工艺尺寸和毛坯尺寸,和对其切削余量的确定,并制定了其加工工艺方案、制定加过程的工序,最后对泵体的加工进行夹具设计。D6114ZQB泵体的加工一直是一个比较难的一个问题,大部分泵体的加工都是根据加工师傅的经验制造出来的,并且加工效率非常,本文在加工工艺过程上面做了很大的改变,突破了传统加工方法的束缚。 关键词 :D6114ZQB泵体;加工工艺;夹具设计 ABSTRACT With the continuous development of computer technology and machine tool manufacturing industry, the interactive application of CAD graphics has become a new trend in the development of machining technology. Through the combination of mechanical design and 3D drawing software, the design process of CAD/CAM easier to manage and control the realization of saving time, greatly help to realize the automation of design and machining, improve the machining precision and quality, shorten the product development cycle. The pump body is more and more widely used in the mechanical industry, but the pump body is difficult to process, and its process performance is poor and the processing technology has not been improved. Therefore, the processing technology of D6114ZQB pump were analyzed, firstly the rough part selection, and design the process, determine the fixture scheme and on the selection of locating datum, determine the machining allowance, process size and blank size, and to determine the cutting allowance, and make the process of formulation plus processing scheme, process.
