技术进步对中国经济增长影响的理论与实证分析.pdf

摘 要 技术进步作为推动经济增长的重要因素之一,它与自然资源、劳动、资本 的表现有很大不同,它是经济增长的核心动力源之一。改革开放后,中国所创 造出的经济持续高增长这一奇迹,引起了国内理论界对经济增长和技术进步关 系研究的浓厚兴趣。目前国内研究大多单从理论方面或单从实证方面阐述技术 进步对经济增长的影响,鉴于此,本文对两者的关系进行了系统的、定性的、 定量的研究,从理论和实证两方面综合解释了技术进步对于中国经济增长的影 响,并提出了促进我国技术进步的对策和建议。 全文分为四个部分: 第一部分为绪论。在这个部分,重点介绍了选题背景和相关的基本概念。 第二部分研究技术进步与经济增长之间的关系。首先就对该领域的理论研 究做了一个概括,然后详细讨论了技术进步是如何促进经济增长的,昀后分析 了技术进步促进产业结构调整的机理和有效的技术创新扩散途径。 第三部分分析了中国技术进步的现状。统计数据表明中国的技术进步呈现 如下态势:研发经费投入过低,基础研究和应用研究所占比例较小,技术引进 中存在重复引进、消化吸收不好等现象。 第四部分对技术进步对我国经济增长的影响进行实证分析。用生产函数法 对中国1978~2006年的经济增长情况进行回归分析,以工业化、金融发展和教 育投资为例,得出中国在这一阶段由上述领域带来的技术进步对经济增长的影 响是显著的,并给出了促进我国技术进步的对策和建议。 本文的创新之处在于: 多层次多角度地分析了技术进步对于经济增长的影响,即从宏观到微观, 从产业到企业的分析,层层递进。 在计量中,运用多个领域的数据和新的解释变量来检验技术进步对中国经 济增长的影响。 关键词:技术进步 经济增长 1Abstract Being a very important factor in pushing economic growth, technological progress is different from natural resources, labor and capital. It is one of core power sources of economic growth. After practicing reform and opening policy, China creates steady and high economic growth which deeply attracts interests of many economists at home. At present, the home’s research restricts to either theoretical aspect or empirical aspect, in view of this, the paper has used theoretical method combined with empirical method to study on relationship between economic growth and technological progress, and have explained the impact of the technological progress on China’s economic growth from the theoretical and empirical aspects, and put forward policies and suggestions that can promote technological progress of ChinaThis main body of this paper is composed of four parts: The first part is introduction.
