单组分水性聚氨酯涂料的制备与性能研究.pdf

34 Vol.34 No.12 2006 12 NEW CHEMICAL MATERIALS ·45 · 1 1 * 2 1 杨冬亚  邱凤仙  曹国荣  蒋爱兵 (1.江苏大学化学化工学院, 镇江212013;2.江苏大学理学院, 镇江212013)   以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)或 苯-2, 4-二异氰酸酯(TDI )、聚醚多元醇 (GE220)和 二羟 基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料, 制得不含有机溶剂的单组分水性聚氨酯分散液, 研究了NCO/ O H 的摩尔比和DMPA 含量对水性聚氨酯分散液及其成膜后性能的影响。结果表明, 当NCO/OH (摩尔比)=1., DMPA 与GE220 比值为2 时, 水性聚氨酯分散液的物理性能及其成膜后的力学性能 最佳。  单组分水性聚氨酯, 涂料, 力学性能 Preparation and properties of monocomponent waterborne polyurethane coating 1 1 2 1 Yang Dongya  Qiu Fengxian  Cao Guorong  Jiang Aibing (1.School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang 212013; 2.Faculty of Science, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang 212013) Abstract  A Series of monocomponent w aterborne polyurethane (WPU)without solvent based on polyether polyol (GE220 ), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI)or toluene diisocyanate (TDI)and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) were prepared.The physical properties of these PU aqueous dispersions w ith different ratio of NCO/OH and DM PA content and their films w ere further measured.The results indicated that these anionic-type aqueous dispersions had good dispersity in w ater and physical properties.Film s prepared with the PU aqueous dispersions exhibited the excellent water-resistance performances and mechanical properties.
