摘 要
本论文针对当前原油罐伴热系统中系统复杂、安装不便、能耗高、效率低、安全性低等问题,提出了采用有机高分子电热膜给原油罐伴热的方案,简化系统,安装方便,绿色节能, 一次性投入可长期受益。
整个系统只包括原油罐、电热膜、保温防静电层、控制系统。利用电热膜产热对原油加热,当原油罐内原油不满时,可根据原油油位自动调节不同层位电热膜继电器的开关,达到节能的目的,也可根据油温是否满足要求自动开关电热膜继电器。
论文针对系统包含的各部分进行了详细的设计计算及选型,对系统的可行性、性价比及合理性进行性了分析和综述归纳。

ABSTRACT
This paper in view of the current original oil tank heating system of complex system, installation inconvenience, high energy consumption, and low efficiency, low safety problems, and put forward the organic polymer electrothermal with hot to former tank scheme, simplified system, convenient installation, green energy saving, one-time investment can be long-term benefit.
The whole system only including the original oil tank, electrothermal, heat preservation anti-static floor, control system. Use of low-temperature heat production of crude oil heating, when crude oil tank with crude oil, crude oil oil level automatic adjustment according to the different layer a electrothermal relay of the switch, to achieve the goal of energy saving, and may be according to the oil temperature whether meet the requirements to be automatic switch electrothermal relay.
Paper all the parts of the system contains a detailed design calculation and selection, the feasibility of the system, the cost performance and rationality analysis and review of progressive sum up.
